Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 ESG roadmaps aligning with ISSB and GRI standards
- Lead scenario planning for climate transition risks and opportunities through 2030
- Design AI-driven sustainability dashboards tracking Scope 1-3 emissions and social impact KPIs
- Guide C-suite on circular economy integration and sustainable supply chain optimization
- Author annual ESG disclosures achieving CDP Climate Change Leadership tier
- Manage cross-functional teams implementing decarbonization technologies
- Represent company at global sustainability forums shaping 2026 policy frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in ESG strategy, sustainability consulting, or futurist analysis
- Advanced certification in ESG (e.g., CFA ESG, GARP SCR) or futurist methodologies
- Proven expertise in climate risk modeling and TCFD scenario analysis
- Experience developing net-zero transition plans for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep knowledge of emerging sustainability tech (carbon accounting AI, blockchain traceability)
- Exceptional data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) for sustainability metrics
- Published thought leadership on future trends in sustainable business
- MBA or Master's in Environmental Science/Sustainability preferred
