Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 sustainability strategy aligned with UN SDGs and Paris Agreement targets
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and ensure compliance with evolving regulations
- Lead carbon footprint reduction initiatives targeting 50% operational emissions by 2026
- Drive circular economy principles across product lifecycle from design to end-of-life
- Manage stakeholder engagement including investors, NGOs, and regulatory bodies
- Implement AI-driven sustainability analytics to optimize resource allocation
- Champion diversity and inclusion within sustainability programs and supplier networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field with 8+ years of progressive ESG experience
- Proven track record in developing and scaling corporate sustainability programs
- Expertise in sustainability reporting frameworks and carbon accounting methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in sustainability metrics dashboards
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholder communication
- Certifications in ESG (e.g., GRI, SASB) or sustainability leadership preferred
- Deep understanding of emerging sustainability technologies and circular economy models
