Responsibilities
- Design integrated sustainable urban systems including energy grids, water cycles, and waste management networks
- Lead feasibility studies and lifecycle analysis for regenerative infrastructure projects
- Develop AI-powered predictive models for resource optimization and climate resilience
- Collaborate with municipal governments and private sector partners for implementation
- Present blueprints to C-suite executives and community stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects on biophilic design principles and circular economy metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or Urban Planning
- 8+ years experience in sustainable infrastructure or green building projects
- LEED AP / WELL AP / SITES AP certification required
- Proficiency in GIS modeling and BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D)
- Published research on carbon-neutral urban systems or circular economy frameworks
- Demonstrated success securing $10M+ in infrastructure funding
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ completed regenerative infrastructure projects
