Responsibilities
- Assist IT Staff: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for office hardware and software issues.
- Network Maintenance: Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN) to ensure optimal performance and security.
- System Updates: Install, configure, and update computer systems and peripheral devices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the company database.
- User Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee technical inquiries and training.
- Security Protocols: Help implement and adhere to company security and safety policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose technical problems and propose effective solutions.
- Availability: Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Enthusiasm: A strong desire to learn and grow within a technical environment.
