Responsibilities
- Assist in creating engaging social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Support email marketing campaigns and newsletter design
- Conduct market research on Gen Z trends and local competitors
- Help organize virtual events and community outreach initiatives
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools
- Brainstorm creative concepts for teen-focused promotions
- Collaborate with the team on brand storytelling projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or recent graduate (age 16-19)
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media trends
- Basic proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or design tools
- Excellent written communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Must have reliable transportation to our downtown office
- Available 15-20 hours/week during school breaks or weekends
