Responsibilities
- Assist with SEO and Content Strategy: Conduct keyword research and help optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Market Research: Gather and analyze competitive data to identify new business opportunities in the local and regional markets.
- Social Media Management: Create engaging posts for social platforms and monitor community engagement.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the development and design teams on various internal projects.
- Customer Outreach: Assist in drafting emails and communication materials for client outreach campaigns.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project milestones and prepare weekly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Availability: Able to commit to 15-20 hours per week, including some flexibility for evening or weekend events.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Cleveland, Pennsylvania.
