Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Management: Assist in optimizing web pages for search engines and managing content calendars.
- Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting and support for internal software tools.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to help improve product performance and user experience.
- Project Coordination: Support project managers in tracking deadlines and coordinating cross-team tasks.
- Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation and user guides under supervision.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (College Credit required).
- Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or SEO principles.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during summer or academic terms.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to New York, NY.
