As a Technical Support Intern, you will work closely with our senior engineers to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure our infrastructure runs smoothly. We value innovation, dedication, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of new workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of technical tickets and resolutions in our helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the IT department to identify process improvement opportunities and streamline workflows.
- Monitor system performance and alert management to potential hardware failures or security threats.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required to meet business needs.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
