Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 200+ employees across multiple locations
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and peripheral devices
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document IT procedures and update knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability scanning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing IT/Computer Science degree
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or working toward)
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Available to commit 15-20 hours/week for 3+ months
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
