Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support and troubleshooting for internal hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and configuration of local area networks (LAN) and cloud services.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement software updates and security patches.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software tools and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability to start immediately for the Summer/Fall semester.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
