Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to support business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Monitor and update internal databases and project tracking systems.
- Prepare presentations and materials for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support when needed.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be available to work full-time or part-time during the summer months.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for regional travel in KY/OH).
