Responsibilities
- Provide remote and in-person technical support for hardware/software issues
- Document and troubleshoot client tickets using CRM systems
- Install/configure software and perform system diagnostics
- Train users on new technology solutions and best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system issues
- Conduct routine network and security audits
- Assist in deploying IT infrastructure updates
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Experience with helpdesk software (Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
