Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Support team with troubleshooting hardware and software issues on weekends.
- Monitor server performance and escalate critical incidents to senior engineers.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, printers, and network equipment.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Support the deployment of new software updates and patches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and hardware components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with remote support tools.
