Responsibilities
- Assist in managing social media accounts and creating weekly content calendars.
- Conduct SEO research and keyword analysis to improve online visibility.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and troubleshoot basic software issues.
- Manage email correspondence and assist with data entry and reporting.
- Monitor website analytics and prepare weekly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong understanding of computer operations, Microsoft Office Suite, and internet tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
