Responsibilities
- Assist the development team with weekend maintenance and deployment tasks.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Conduct code reviews and assist in bug tracking and resolution.
- Participate in agile planning sessions and sprint retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software quality.
- Document technical processes and update user manuals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic programming concepts (Python, Java, or C# preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation available for weekend shifts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
