Responsibilities
- Assist with Weekend Operations: Support daily workflows and special projects specifically scheduled for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain digital records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to our weekend clientele, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and assist in compiling reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Content Creation: Help draft social media posts and internal communications to boost engagement during off-peak hours.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team syncs and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a professional demeanor.
