Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth SEO keyword research to identify high-value recruitment targets and optimize job postings.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) during peak weekends.
- Manage and update job postings across multiple digital platforms and social media channels.
- Analyze web traffic and candidate engagement metrics to improve conversion rates.
- Support the planning and execution of weekend recruitment events and webinars.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Marketing, Business, IT, or HR focus).
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and social media dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) for the Summer/Fall term.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and Content Management Systems is a plus.
