Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 100+ workstations
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic maintenance tasks
- Deploy and configure new equipment including laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Create and update technical documentation for internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Participate in weekend system upgrade projects and maintenance windows
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT, Computer Science, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and network fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Experience with Service Desk tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
