As an Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our weekend operations and supporting our marketing initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership to understand the nuances of corporate operations while contributing to meaningful projects that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Analyze daily workflow and optimize weekend operational procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of weekend marketing campaigns and social media engagement.
- Manage data entry, record keeping, and the organization of digital archives.
- Conduct market research and compile weekly performance reports for the team.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure seamless project transitions during off-hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Summer/Fall start date required).
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Weekend Shift) with a commitment of 15-20 hours per week.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
