Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend workflow and ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and warehouse organization during peak weekend shifts.
- Process incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Generate and maintain weekly operational reports and performance logs.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to identify process improvements and operational bottlenecks.
- Support the weekend sales team with data entry and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Must have reliable transportation and be available to work Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
