Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist the technical team with hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and basic network maintenance on weekends.
- Data Management: Maintain and organize digital records, databases, and project files to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Customer Assistance: Provide direct support to internal teams and external clients via phone and email during peak weekend hours.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to ongoing technical projects by conducting research, drafting reports, and preparing presentations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current weekend workflows and propose actionable solutions to the management team.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor, or Masterβs degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays for a minimum of 12 hours per week.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of operating systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 2.5 is preferred.
