Responsibilities
- Event Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of weekend corporate events and local meetups.
- Content Creation: Draft social media posts, manage blog content, and create promotional materials highlighting weekend activities.
- Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile weekly reports on customer engagement and foot traffic.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of inventory, attendee lists, and project timelines.
- Customer Relations: Greet guests and clients with professionalism, answering inquiries and gathering feedback.
- Market Research: Conduct research on local competitors and emerging trends in the Austin market.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the internship.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
