Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at weekend community events and mobile service hubs
- Assist with event setup, logistics, and attendee engagement for summer festivals
- Support community outreach initiatives through bilingual communication (English/Spanish)
- Maintain accurate service records and document customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance weekend service operations
- Participate in weekly intern development workshops and training sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 8am-5pm)
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Spanish proficiency a plus)
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced outdoor and indoor environments
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred for mobile support roles
