Responsibilities
- Assist in software testing, debugging, and quality assurance processes
- Support infrastructure maintenance and system monitoring
- Document technical procedures and create user guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sprint deliverables
- Research emerging technologies and implement solutions
- Participate in weekend deployment and system updates
- Analyze data trends and prepare technical reports
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm) starting Summer/Fall 2023
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or C++ programming
- Familiarity with SQL databases and version control systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Authorized to work in the United States
