Responsibilities
- Develop and test software features under senior engineer mentorship
- Contribute to agile sprint cycles with weekend deployment support
- Analyze user data to drive product improvements
- Collaborate via Slack/Jira on cross-functional teams
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in weekend hackathons and innovation challenges
- Shadow engineering leadership for career development sessions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, Engineering, or related degree
- Minimum 3.0 GPA with coursework in programming fundamentals
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Experience with Git and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently on weekends
