You will support our weekend operations, assist with technical troubleshooting, and contribute to our ongoing SEO and digital marketing initiatives.
As an intern, you will work closely with our senior team members to ensure our systems run smoothly and our client services exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for weekend office systems and client inquiries.
- Assist the SEO team in monitoring website performance and analyzing weekend traffic data.
- Update and maintain internal databases and documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute weekend social media campaigns and content updates.
- Conduct research on industry trends to help optimize our digital strategies.
- Support the IT department with hardware setup, software installation, and routine maintenance.
- Participate in weekly team stand-ups and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (College Credit required).
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interest in Information Technology, SEO, and Digital Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
