Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to clients via phone and remote tools
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document technical issues and resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend deployments
- Conduct routine system maintenance and updates
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and best practices
- Participate in weekend sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college/university (students welcome!)
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service mindset with patience and adaptability
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (preferred)
