Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for internal employees and weekend clients.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and logs to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Perform data entry, file organization, and maintenance of digital archives.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure weekend projects are completed on time.
- Document technical procedures and create training materials for new team members.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (undergraduate or graduate level).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the internship.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
