As a Weekend Intern, you will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery on Saturdays and Sundays. You will gain valuable insight into technical operations, project management, and customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment of technical solutions and software updates on weekends.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather weekend user feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and client interactions.
- Support the full-time team with administrative tasks and data analysis.
- Conduct research on emerging local market trends.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a flexible schedule.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
