We are seeking a motivated Weekend Technical Support Intern to join our growing team in Atlanta, Georgia. You will work alongside our senior technicians to resolve technical issues and ensure our systems run smoothly during off-peak hours.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming IT support tickets during weekend hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for employees and clients.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the full-time team on weekend system maintenance tasks.
- Provide friendly and patient technical support to non-technical users.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
