What You Will Do:
As a Weekend Intern, you will be the first line of support for our team. You'll handle technical inquiries, assist with software installations, and ensure our systems run smoothly during off-peak hours. Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical assistance and troubleshooting for internal clients.
- Monitor and respond to weekend support tickets with a focus on resolution speed and quality.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the company Knowledge Base.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team to improve workflow processes.
- Assist in hardware setup, patch management, and software deployment during weekend sprints.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and inventory of tech assets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a BS/BA program in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) for the duration of the internship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, Windows/macOS, and office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
