Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Staff: Support project management teams with data analysis, market research, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Conduct Research: Gather and analyze industry trends to provide actionable insights for business strategy and product development.
- Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and technical departments to coordinate campaign initiatives and project deliverables.
- Client Relations: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through professional communication and follow-ups.
- Document Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and internal memos with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and execute company events, webinars, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Enrollment: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (Freshman to Senior level).
- Academic Standing: Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher to qualify for academic credit.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required to commute to our Detroit office.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a 20-30 hour workweek during the semester.
