Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and algorithmic transparency techniques
- Proven track record of designing governance frameworks for large-scale AI systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Published work in AI ethics or related peer-reviewed journals
- Experience working with cross-cultural teams in global tech environments
