Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026-era generative systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments on production AI models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in ML pipelines
- Prepare compliance documentation for global regulatory bodies (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Lead cross-functional ethics working groups with product and legal stakeholders
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and update compliance strategies quarterly
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and OECD AI Principles
- Proficiency in Python for bias auditing tools (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Experience with regulatory documentation for high-stakes AI systems
- Strong knowledge of generative AI architectures (LLMs, diffusion models)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE CertAI, EIT Digital) or equivalent
