This role requires a deep understanding of emerging AI technologies, regulatory landscapes, and societal impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ethical considerations into our product lifecycle while pioneering industry standards for responsible AI deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for 2026 technology roadmap
- Conduct impact assessments on AI systems across diverse demographic groups
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on AI governance and regulatory compliance
- Research and document emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Create audit protocols for algorithmic bias and transparency
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in industry forums and policy discussions
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI techniques
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong research background with published work on AI ethics
- Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams
- Exceptional communication skills for complex ethical discussions
