- Create technical roadmaps for AI system evolution through 2030
- Develop ethical frameworks for advanced autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with futurists to anticipate technological shifts and adapt strategies
- Mentor junior architects in next-generation development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML architecture with 5+ years in forward-looking tech development
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and neuromorphic systems
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Proven track record of designing systems for complex, unstructured environments
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with cross-disciplinary collaboration (biology, neuroscience, materials science)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
