Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning architectures, LLMs, and Natural Language Processing.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on future-proofing technology stacks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
