Responsibilities
- Architect and execute digital transformation roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI-driven automation and quantum computing pilots
- Develop sustainability frameworks for future tech ecosystems aligning with ESG 2030 goals
- Establish KPIs for measuring transformation ROI across 15+ industry verticals
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum/AI research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present transformation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed projections
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and ethical tech governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation with 5+ years in strategic tech leadership
- Proven track record implementing AI/quantum computing initiatives in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Certification in Agile Transformation, Cloud Architecture, or AI Strategy
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards on multi-year tech roadmaps
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from 3+ transformation projects valued >$10M
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
