Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic frameworks using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready technology adoption
- Conduct scenario planning for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology disruptions
- Author white papers and thought leadership content for industry conferences
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advolve executive teams on ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Design and implement innovation sprints for future-proofing organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year corporate roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption scenarios
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- PhD or Master's in Technology Forecasting, Sociology, or related field
