Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic vision across quantum-AI convergence, neurotech adoption, and climate-positive infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional pods in developing exponential technology roadmaps with 5-year impact projections
- Design human-centric frameworks for digital-physical ecosystem integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging biotech and nanotechnology disruptions
- Stakeholder engagement with governments, NGOs, and Fortune 500 partners
- Develop ethical governance models for autonomous systems and quantum computing
- Coordinate with neuroscientists to design next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or exponential technology leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, or climate-positive systems
- Proven track record of building 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- PhD or advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Deep understanding of behavioral economics and human-AI interaction paradigms
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of published frameworks or patented innovations
- Certification in Futures Studies or Systems Thinking preferred
