Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions with engineering, product, and leadership teams
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term market evolution
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
- Represent company at global futures conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Proven ability to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
