Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic shifts, technological disruptions, and cultural trends to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for market entry and product innovation targeting 2026 landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and implementation pathways
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging technology impacts
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, technologies, and business models for strategic partnerships
- Design agile methodologies for organizational adaptation to rapid future changes
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry foresight summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and external stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Experience leading multi-year strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
