Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026-2030, integrating quantum computing and neuro-symbolic systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Design predictive models for societal impact of AI advancements
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Partner with academic institutions to publish research in top-tier journals
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental AI projects
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futurology with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/AI journals or equivalent
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and multi-agent systems
- Deep understanding of global AI policy landscapes (EU AI Act, US Executive Orders)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and causal inference frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-transforming AI initiatives
- Certification in Futurist Studies (AFS) preferred
