Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive presentations
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) for disruptive potential
- Advise leadership on risk mitigation for long-term viability
- Build and maintain expert networks across innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in trend analysis or strategic planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in future studies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation circles
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
