Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Anticipate societal and market shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on emerging tech implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global research labs
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies through internal innovation challenges
- Author thought leadership pieces on future technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- PhD or equivalent in a relevant STEM field (preferred)
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption
- Strong network with global innovation communities
