Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for technology and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce scenario-planning reports for C-suite on disruptive trends and opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend forecasting
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies
- Present future-vision narratives to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight and emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, journals)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
