- Design and facilitate future scenario workshops with cross-functional innovation teams
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify first-mover advantages and partnership opportunities

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrated impact on business transformation
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with systems thinking and scenario planning expertise
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation challenges
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future trends
