Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen computing systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for machine learning acceleration
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies
- Document system architectures and publish breakthrough findings
- Collaborate with security teams to develop quantum-resistant encryption
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum computing or AI (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
