Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Establish partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions to incubate 2026 breakthroughs
- Quantify market readiness and societal impact of futuristic innovations through predictive modeling
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for next-gen technologies
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary FutureSight methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3.0
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for experimental R&D initiatives
- Fluency in scenario planning tools like GBN's Scenario Navigator
