Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate societal shifts and market disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders and translate vision into actionable business strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to accelerate innovation
- Drive organizational culture transformation to embed future-ready mindsets across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, climate tech, human augmentation)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Track record of launching at least three market-defining innovations
